Professional, single-component adhesive with SAS (Shock Absorbing System) Technology, extra-rapid setting and hardening, suitable for high-resistance laying and overlaying up to 10 mm thickness of homogeneous tiles, ceramic tiles of all types, large-format paving slabs and natural stone on both flooring and walls. EXTRA-FAST HARDENING AND SETTING – Restructuring work, short and secure periods of intervention for completion of work also at low temperatures require a high-technology adhesive. H40® RAPID develops a specific technology which allows for high performance after only a few hours, ensured by a mix of rapid, high-stability hydraulic binders. Setting-adjustment polymers and micro-components which intervene in the hydration kinetics of cements ensure prolonged workability, similar to that obtained with adhesives with normal setting times. THICKNESS UP TO 10 mm – Irregular, broken natural stone, homogeneous large- format tiles and non-planar substrates require high-thickness applications of adhesive. The H40® RAPID technology can be used to achieve thicknesses of up to 10 mm without causing tension in covering materials and with high values of adhesion, ensured by the use of specific thixotropizing polymers which regulate the release of water and increase adhesion. SAS - (SHOCK ABSORBING SYSTEM) TECHNOLOGY – The exclusive SAS testing method reproduces real on-site conditions by simulating the most severe thermal and mechanical strain, which no other adhesive has ever had to withstand. H40® RAPID reflects a technological superiority, with cycles of strain used in the most highly advanced Safety-Test developed for cement- based adhesives. Laying of ceramic tiles and stoneware of all types, marble and natural stone on flooring, walls and on cement-based and non-absorbent substrates. Thicknesses up to 10 mm. Materials:
Substrates:
