H40 ECO TENAFLEX GREY 25KG (SLOW SETTING)

Professional, single-component adhesive with SAS - Shock Absorbing System, Technology high hydraulicity and no vertical slip, suitable for high-resistance laying and overlaying up to 15 mm thickness of homogeneous tiles, glass mosaic, klinker, ceramic tiles of all types, large-format paving slabs and stable natural stone on both flooring and walls.

NO VERTICAL SLIP – The laying with a top-down sequence of progression in diagonal or in low absorbency ceramic coverings, also without the use of spacers, requires immediate adhesion in order to support the tiles, while maintaining a long adjustability time. The H40® TENAX technology develops a prolonged workability time and no vertical slip, ensured by thixotropizing and anti- film polymers for adhesives with high initial tack and water-release regulators for rapid, secure laying.

HIGH RESISTANCE TO WATER – Coverings for swimming pools, as well as commercial and industrial flooring with the constant presence of water, require an adhesive with high resistance to the action of water containing aggressive chemical substances. The H40® TENAX technology develops a total insensibility to the action of water, which is ensured by the use of various hydraulic binders, pure klinker with high hydraulicity and special, stable co-polymers with alkali hydrolysis.

SAS - (SHOCK ABSORBING SYSTEM) TECHNOLOGY – The exclusive SAS testing method reproduces real on-site conditions by simulating the most severe thermal and mechanical strain, which no other adhesive has ever had to withstand. H40® TENAX reflects a technological superiority, with cycles of strain used in the most highly advanced Safety-Test developed for cement based adhesives.

AREAS OF USE

Laying of ceramic tiles and stoneware of all types, glass mosaic, stable marble and natural stone on flooring, walls and on cement based and non-absorbent substrates. Thicknesses up to 15 mm.

Materials:

• homogeneous tiles, ceramic tiles, klinker, cotto, glass and ceramic mosaic, of all types and formats

• natural stone, recomposed materials and marble not subject to deformation or staining due to water absorption

Substrates:

• cement plasters and cement-lime mortar

• cement based screeds or screeds manufactured with REKORD® and KERACEM® as binder or ready-mixed

• prefabricated concrete or fresh concrete casting

• existing flooring and walls with glazed tiles, cement based and resin paving, stoneware

• heat-radiant slabs

• waterproofing compounds with cement based base such as the waterproofing, two- component IDROBUILD® system

• walls in concrete blocks, cellular concrete and plasterboard

Use

Swimming pools, tanks and basins, flooring and walls, indoor/outdoor use, in civil, industrial and commercial applications and for street furniture, in areas which are permanently humid and subject to thermal shock and freezing.

Do not use

On gypsum-base plasters and anhydrite screeds without the use of PRIMER A professional, concentrated, water- base, surface insulation product; on plastic or resilient materials, metals and wood; on substrates subject to con- tinuous moisture rising.
